The initiative taken by Stock Exchanges and SEBI for registration of Investment Advisors and Research Analysts is a great step in investor education and awareness so that investors, especially new to market investors, do not get cheated by inexperienced and unscrupulous people who give TIPS through calls/ text messages and other social media mediums.
The platform shall promote the SEBI initiative to increase awareness in general public and retail investors to seek advice only from regulated entities and take informed decisions, through its website and other social media platforms linked to the website.
