AMASHA ANALYSTJI FINTECH PVT LTD, on behalf of itself and its affiliates under the brand "ANALYSTJI" (“ANALYSTJI”), is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.ANALYSTJI.com and the mobile application ‘ANALYSTJI’ (together, “Website / Mobile Application”) a aggregating platform

1. NATURE AND APPLICABILITY OF TERMS

Please carefully go through these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the privacy policy available at https://www.ANALYSTJI.com before you decide to access the Website / Mobile Application   or avail the services made available on the Website / Mobile Application   by ANALYSTJI. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and ANALYSTJI in connection with your visit to the Website / Mobile Application and your use of the Services (as defined below).

1. The Agreement applies to you whether you are –

1. CALLER/USER, searching for Research Analyst/Investment Advisor through the Website/Mobile Application (“End-User”, “you” or “User”); or
2. Otherwise a user of the Website / Mobile Application (“you” or “User”).

1. This Agreement applies to those paid services made available by ANALYSTJI on the Website / Mobile Application, including the following:

1. For other Users : The Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of ANALYSTJI, and the Agreement will apply to your visit to and your use of the Website/Mobile Application  to avail the Service, as well as to all information provided by you on the Website/Mobile Application  at any given point in time.
2. This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use the Website/Mobile Application and describes the manner in which we shall treat your account while you are registered as a member with us. 3. By downloading or accessing the Website/Mobile Application to use the Services, you irrevocably accept all the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, the Subscription Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as available on the Website/Mobile Application, and agree to abide by them.
4. This agreement supersedes all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you relating to your use of the Website/Mobile Application to avail the Services. By availing any Service, you signify your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Agreement for any reason and at any time, and such modifications shall be informed to you in writing.  You should read the Agreement at regular intervals. Your use of the Website/Mobile Application following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement so modified.
5. You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Website/Mobile Application or avail any Services.
6. Your access to use of the Website/Mobile Application and the Services will be solely at the discretion of ANALYSTJI.
7. The Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to:

a. the Indian Contract Act, 1872,

b. the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and

c. the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed there under, including the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”), and the (Indian) Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “IG Rules”).

1. CONDITIONS OF USE

You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or visit or use the Website/Mobile Application in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Website/Mobile Application or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to ANALYSTJI that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website/Mobile Application and the Services available through the Website/Mobile Application and agree to and abide by this Agreement.

 

1. 1. TERMS OF USE APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS

End-User Account and Data Privacy

1. The terms “personal information” and “sensitive personal data or information” are defined under the SPI Rules, and are reproduced in the Privacy Policy.
2. Analystji may by its Services, collect information relating to the devices through which you access the Website/Mobile Application, and anonymous data of your usage. The collected information will be used only for improving the quality of ANALYSTJI’s services and to build new services.
3. Other information mandated by the SPI Rules.
   1. The User is expected to read and understand the Privacy Policy, so as to ensure that he or she has the knowledge of the fact that certain information is being collected

1. ANALYSTJI shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the User to ANALYSTJI or to any other person acting on behalf of ANALYSTJI.
2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s account access information and password, if the User is registered on the Website / Mobile Application. The User shall immediately notify ANALYSTJI of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of the User’s account or password. Although ANALYSTJI will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of ANALYSTJI or such other parties as the case may be, due to any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Against every Research Analyst listed in ANALYSTJI.com, you may see a Call, Chat & Video call option. When you choose this option, you will be connected through an API service provided by ANALYSTJI, and the records of such calls are recorded and stored in ANALYSTJI’s servers. your consent to such recordings which are dealt with as per the Privacy Policy. Such records may be accessed by ANALYSTJI for quality control and support related purposes and are dealt with only in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. Such calls facility provided to you by ANALYSTJI should be used only for consultation. ANALYSTJI reserves the right to not provide the Services for which such personal information is sought.
4. RELEVANCE ALGORITHM

ANALYSTJI’s relevance algorithm for the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor is a fully automated system that lists the Research Analysts, their profile and information regarding their practice on its Website/Mobile Application. These listings of Research Analyst/Investment Advisor do not represent any fixed objective ranking or endorsement by ANALYSTJI. ANALYSTJI will not be liable for any change in the relevance of the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor on search results, which may take place from time to time. The listing of Research Analyst/Investment Advisor will be based on automated computation of the various factors including inputs made by the Users including their comments and feedback. Such factors may change from time to time, in order to improve the listing algorithm. ANALYSTJI in no event will be held responsible for the accuracy and the relevancy of the listing order of the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor on the Website / Mobile Application.

1. PRESCRIBING & PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES:

1. ANALYSTIJI is mere aggregating platform bringing together the SEBI registered Research Analyst/Investment Advisor & User. ANALYSTJI SPECIFIES THAT ANALYSTJI IS PLAYING NO ROLE IN THE TRADING OR INVESTMENT ADVISE OF THE USER. 
2. ANALYSTJI collects, directly or indirectly, and displays on the Website/Mobile Application, relevant information regarding the profile and practice of the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor listed on the Website/Mobile Application, such as their specialization, qualification, fees, location, visiting hours, and similar details. ANALYSTJI takes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is updated at frequent intervals. Although ANALYSTJI screens and vets the information and photos submitted by the Research Analysts, it cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or incompleteness represented from it, despite such reasonable efforts.
3. The Services provided by ANALYSTJI or any of its licensors or service providers are provided on an "as is" and “as available’ basis, and without any warranties or conditions (express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade). ANALYSTJI does not provide or make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied about the Website/Mobile Application or the Services. ANALYSTJI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or information provided by Research Analyst/Investor Advisor on the Website/Mobile Application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANALYSTJI disclaims all liability arising out of the User’s use or reliance upon the Website/Mobile Application, the Services, representations and warranties made by other Users, the content or information provided by the Research Analyst/Investor Advisor on the Website/Mobile Application, or any opinion or suggestion given or expressed by ANALYSTJI or any Research Analyst/Investor Advisor in relation to any User or services provided by such User.
4. The Website/Mobile Application may be linked to the Website/Mobile Application of third parties, affiliates and business partners. ANALYSTJI has no control over, and not liable or responsible for content, accuracy, validity, reliability, quality of such Website/Mobile Application or made available by through our Website/Mobile Application. Inclusion of any link on the Website/Mobile Application does not imply that ANALYSTJI endorses the linked site. User may use the links and these services at User’s own risk.
5. ANALYSTJI assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User’s equipment on account of User’s access to, use of, or browsing the Website/Mobile Application or the downloading of any material, data, text, images, video content, or audio content from the Website/Mobile Application. If a User is dissatisfied with the Website/Mobile Application, User’s sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website/Mobile Application.
6. If ANALYSTJI determines that you have provided fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information, including through feedback, ANALYSTJI reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the Website/Mobile Application or any of your accounts with ANALYSTJI and makes such declaration on the Website/Mobile Application alongside your name for the protection of its business and in the interests of Users. You shall be liable to indemnify ANALYSTJI for any losses incurred as a result of your misrepresentations or fraudulent feedback that has adversely affected ANALYSTJI or its Users.

 

 

1. CALL FACILITY: - ANALYSTJI enables Users to connect with Research Analyst/Investment Advisor through chargeable services which connect users directly to the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor’s on the Website/Mobile Application.
2. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, ANALYSTJI is not responsible for any interactions between User and the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor. User understands and agrees that ANALYSTJI will not be liable for:

1. User interactions and associated issues User has with the Research Analyst / Investment Advisor;
2. any type of loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by the User due to a failure on the part of the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor to provide agreed Services;
3. any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor’s staff;
4. Users are allowed to provide feedback about their experiences with the Research Analyst, however, the User shall ensure that, the same is provided in accordance with applicable law. User however understands that, ANALYSTJI shall not be obliged to act in such manner as may be required to give effect to the content of Users feedback, such as suggestions for delisting of a particular Research Analyst from the Website / Mobile Application.

1. CHARGES: - It is agreed between the user that he will pay the fees mentioned in schedule hereinunder through eazebuzz payment gateway platform or any other suitable platform of whose service will be availed by the ANALYSTJI, out of the total amount paid by the user for the consultation through ANALYSTJI, 30% amount shall be retained by ANALYSTJI as a portal charge and 70% amount shall be paid to Research Analyst/Investment Advisor who has provided service to the user. 

 

 

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. In the event that, the Research Analyst/Investor Advisor with whom User has contacted via the Website/Mobile Application has not been able to meet the User, User will need to write to us at [email protected] within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website/Mobile Application will be refunded to the User wallet within the next five (5) to six (6) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking after verification to the geniuses of this complaint.
2. Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the Research Analyst/Investor Advisor is unable to meet the user at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the user is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the user is required to wait/on hold.
3. It is hereby expressly clarified that, the Information that you obtain or receive from ANALYSTJI, and its employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, licensors or otherwise on the Website/Mobile Application is aggregate platform for bringing together the user and Research Analyst/Investor Advisor who are legally registered with the SEBI. We make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, quality of work, expertise or other information provided on the Website/Mobile Application. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information.

1. INDEMINTY OF USER

1. The user has understood that that Research Analyst/Investor Advisor are the original authors and creators of any content uploaded by them via ANALYSTJI. ANALYSTJI reserves the right to remove any content of the user which it may determine at its own discretion as violating the intellectual property rights of any other person, including but not limited to patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights.
2. Research Analyst agrees to absolve ANALYSTJI from and indemnify ANALYSTJI against all claims that may arise as a result of any third party intellectual property right claim that may arise if the Research Analyst downloads, copies or otherwise utilizes an image from the ANALYSTJI Gallery for his/her personal or commercial gain.
3. User shall ensure that the communication, review, content or any further responses will not be harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic or libelous in any manner. Further, User should ensure that the Content is not invasive of any other person’s privacy, or otherwise contains any elements that is hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever. ANALYSTJI reserves the right to remove any Content which it may determine at its own discretion is violative of these Terms and Conditions or any law or statute in force at the time. Also, the Research Analyst agrees to absolve ANALYSTJI from and indemnify ANALYSTJI against all claims that may arise as a result of any legal claim arising from the nature of the content posted by the Research Analyst on ANALYSTJI.
4. Further the User shall ensure that the content will not cause incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevent investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other person/society.
5. User acknowledges that the user comment reflects the views and opinions of the authors of such Content and do not necessarily reflect the views of ANALYSTJI.
6. User agrees that it's his sole responsibility for any act or omission arising from the user’s interpretation of the content they access on ANALYSTJI. The user agrees to absolve ANALYSTJI from and indemnify ANALYSTJI against all claims that may arise as a result of the user’s actions resulting from the user’s viewing of content on ANALYSTJI.
7. User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the user comment on ANALYSTJI vests with ANALYSTJI. The user agrees not to infringe upon ANALYSTJI’s intellectual property by copying or plagiarizing content on ANALYSTJI. ANALYSTJI reserves its right to initiate all necessary legal remedies available to them in case of such an infringement by the user. Also, user comment will be the sole intellectual property of ANALYSTJI. The user agrees not to post user comment that would violate the intellectual property of any third party, including but not limited to patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights. ANALYSTJI reserves the right to remove any user comment which it may determine at its own discretion as violating the intellectual property rights of any third party. The user agrees to absolve ANALYSTJI from and indemnify ANALYSTJI against all claims that may arise as a result of any third-party intellectual property right claim that may arise from the user comment.
8. User shall ensure that the user comment is not harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or libelous in any manner. Further, User should ensure that the User Comment is not invasive of any other person’s privacy, or otherwise contains any elements that are hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever. ANALYSTJI reserves the right to remove any content which it may determine at its own discretion is violative of these terms and conditions or any law or statute in force at the time Also, the user agrees to absolve ANALYSTJI from and indemnify ANALYSTJI against all claims that may arise as a result of any legal claim arising from the nature of the user comment.
9. User shall ensure that the user comment is not threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order. Further the Research Analyst shall ensure that the user comment will not cause incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevent investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other person / society.
10. Amasha Analystji Fintech Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any monetary loss incurred by the user availing the service provided by Research Analyst/Investment Advisor on the Amasha’s Analystji Fintech Pvt Ltd website/platform. User is under obligation to consult his/her financial advisor before trading and also has to follow guidelines of SEBI prescribed from time to time.

1. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

1. The contents listed on the Website/Mobile Application are (i) user generated content, or (ii) belong to ANALYSTJI. The information that is collected by ANALYSTJI directly or Indirectly from the End-users and the Research Analyst/Investment Advisor shall belong to ANALYSTJI. Copying of the copyrighted content published by ANALYSTJI on the Website/Mobile Application for any commercial purpose or for the purpose of earning profit will be a violation of copyright and ANALYSTJI reserves its rights under applicable law accordingly.  The contents of the Website/Mobile Application, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, arrangement and assembly of content on the Website/Mobile Application (collectively, "ANALYSTJI Content"), are the property of ANALYSTJI and are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. User shall not modify the ANALYSTJI Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the ANALYSTJI Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.

 

1.  REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

By using this Website/Mobile Application, you agree that any information shared by you with ANALYSTJI or with any Research Analyst/Investment Advisor will be subject to our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content that you choose to submit for publication on the Website/Mobile Application, including any feedback, ratings, or reviews (“Critical Content”) relating to Research Analyst/Investment Advisor.

1. DISCLAIMER

ANALYSTJI disclaims all responsibility with respect to the content of Critical Content, and its role with respect to such content is restricted to its obligations as an ‘intermediary’ under the said Act. ANALYSTJI shall not be liable to pay any consideration to any User for republishing any content across any of its platforms.

You agree that ANALYSTJI may contact you through telephone, email, SMS, or any other electronic means of communication for the purpose of:

1. Obtaining feedback in relation to Website/Mobile Application or ANALYSTJI’s services; and/or
2. Obtaining feedback in relation to any Research Analyst/Investment Advisor listed on the Website/Mobile Application; and/or
3. Resolving any complaints, information, or queries by Research Analyst/Investment Advisor regarding your Critical Content; and you agree to provide your fullest co-operation further to such communication by ANALYSTJI. ANALYSTJI’s Feedback Collection and Fraud Detection Policy, is annexed as the Schedule hereto, and remains subject always to these Terms.

 

 

1. PROFILE OWNERSHIP AND EDITING RIGHTS

ANALYSTJI ensures easy access to the user by providing a tool to update your profile information. ANALYSTJI reserves the right of ownership of all the user’s profile and photographs and to moderate the changes or updates requested by user. However, ANALYSTJI takes the independent decision whether to publish or reject the requests submitted for the respective changes or updates. You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully entitled under law to upload all content uploaded by you as part of your profile or otherwise while using ANALYSTJI’s services, and that no such content breaches any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. Upon becoming aware of a breach of the foregoing representation, ANALYSTJI may modify or delete parts of your profile information at its sole discretion with or without notice to you.

1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK DISPLAY RIGHTS OF ANALYSTJI

1. All Critical Content is content created by the Users of www.ANALYSTJI.com (“Website/Mobile Application”) and the clients of ANALYSTJI customers and Research Analysts, including the End-Users. As a platform, ANALYSTJI does not take responsibility for Critical Content and its role with respect to Critical Content is restricted to that of an ‘intermediary’ under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. You understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Critical Content or other content that you may find offensive or objectionable. ANALYSTJI shall not be liable for any effect on Research Analyst’s business due to Critical Content of a negative nature. In these respects, you may use the Service at your own risk. ANALYSTJI however, as an ‘intermediary, takes steps as required to comply with applicable law as regards the publication of Critical Content.

1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO CONTENT

1. ANALYSTJI hereby informs Users that they are not permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
3. harm minors in any way;
4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
5. violates any law for the time being in force;
6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
7. impersonate another person;
8. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
9. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

1. Users are also prohibited from:

1. Violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Website/Mobile Application or any ANALYSTJI Content;
2. transmitting any information (including job posts, messages and hyperlinks) on or through the Website/Mobile Application that is disruptive or competitive to the provision of Services by ANALYSTJI;
3. intentionally submitting on the Website/Mobile Application any incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
4. making any unsolicited communications to other Users;
5. using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website/Mobile Application;
6. attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Website/Mobile Application;
7. copying or duplicating in any manner any of the ANALYSTJI Content or other information available from the Website/Mobile Application;
8. framing or hot linking or deep linking any ANALYSTJI Content.
9. circumventing or disabling any digital rights management, usage rules, or other security features of the Software.

1. ANALYSTJI, upon obtaining knowledge by itself or been brought to actual knowledge by an affected person in writing or through email signed with electronic signature about any such information as mentioned above, ANALYSTJI has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the user to the Website/Mobile Application and Services and to remove non-compliant information from the Website/Mobile Application. ANALYSTJI may disclose or transfer this information to its affiliates or governmental authorities in such manner as permitted or required by applicable law for necessary action
2. TERMINATION

ANALYSTJI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Website/Mobile Application and the services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in cases where,

1. Such user breaches any terms and conditions of the Agreement;
2. A third-party reports violation of any of its right as a result of your use of the Services;
3. ANALYSTJI has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of such user; or
4. ANALYSTJI believes in its sole discretion that user’s actions may cause legal liability for such user, other users or for ANALYSTJI or are contrary to the interests of the Website/Mobile Application.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event, including but not limited to negligence, shall ANALYSTJI, or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents or content or service providers (collectively, the “Protected Entities”) be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, financial or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use, the Website/Mobile Application or the content, materials and functions related thereto, the Services, user’s provision of information via the Website/Mobile Application, lost business or lost End-Users, even if such Protected Entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In short Amasha Analystji Fintech Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for any monetary loss incurred by the user availing the service provided by Research Analyst / Investment Advisor on the Analystji website/platform. User is under obligation to consult his/her financial advisor before trading and also has to follow guidelines of SEBI prescribed from time to time.

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

1. You agree that this Agreement and any contractual obligation between Analystji and user will be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this Agreement to arbitrate, or your use of the Website/Mobile Application or the services or information to which it gives access, shall be determined by arbitration in India, before two arbitrators that each party choose for themselves (ANALYSTJI & User). Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of such arbitration shall be Ahmednagar. All proceedings of such arbitration, including, without limitation, any awards, shall be in the English language. The award shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be excluded from this Agreement and the remainder of the Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, the Agreement shall be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal.

1. CONDITIONS OF USE

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to register on the Website/Mobile Application for availing the service as a primary user. You represent and warrant to ANALYSTJI that You are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have the appropriate authorization to contract and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website/Mobile Application for availing the service and agree to and abide by these terms.

1. REIMBURSEMENT UNDER ANALYSTJI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Users who have subscribed to the ANALYSTJI via Website/Mobile Application   are entitled to receive reimbursements, on the consultation fee mentioned on the Website/Mobile Application with respect to each consultation.
2. The maximum reimbursement which can be availed by a user per consultation is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) and will be credited in the user’s wallet.
